How to print Vinted labels from your phone
You can handle Vinted labels entirely on your phone. Save the label PDF from the Vinted app, open Evrylabel in your phone's browser, upload the labels, and get back either an A4 sheet with four labels or 6×4 thermal labels.
Most label tools are Chrome extensions, which don't run on phones at all. Evrylabel works in the browser, so it does.
Step 1: save the label from Vinted
In the Vinted app, open the order and tap to download or print the shipping label. The label opens as a PDF. Save it to your phone – on an iPhone use the share icon and Save to Files, on Android it usually goes straight to Downloads. Do this for each order you're sending.
Step 2: open Evrylabel in your browser
Go to evrylabel.co.uk in Safari or Chrome on your phone. There's nothing to install.
Step 3: upload your labels
Tap to upload and pick the label PDFs you saved. You can select several at once. Evrylabel works out which courier each one is and crops it to just the label.
Step 4: choose your format
- A4, 4 labels per page – for a normal home printer, or 4-per-A4 sticker sheets.
- 6×4 thermal – for a thermal label printer.
Step 5: print
On a normal printer, send the finished PDF to print from your phone (AirPrint on iPhone, or your printer's app on Android).
For a thermal printer, open the PDF in your printer's own app – most Bluetooth thermal printers print from a phone this way – and print at 100%. If a label comes out slightly cut off, try 95%.
If the download doesn't open on an iPhone
iPhones handle downloads differently from computers. If tapping download opens a share sheet instead, choose Save to Files, then open the file from there to print.
Why extensions don't work on phones
Most Vinted label tools are Chrome extensions, and Chrome on iPhone and Android doesn't support extensions. If you sell from your phone, a browser-based tool is the only option that works without moving to a computer.
