Terms of Service

What Evrylabel does

Evrylabel takes the shipping labels you download from Vinted and reformats them for printing — either four to an A4 page, or as 6 × 4 inch thermal printer labels. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Free plan

A free account includes 10 labels per calendar month and A4 4-up sheets. The allowance resets at the start of each month. You can upload and preview labels without an account, but you need a free account to download.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling and refunds

• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no partial refunds for the rest of that month.
• Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
• To cancel or change your plan, go to your account page and use "Manage subscription".

Your labels

Labels are processed entirely in your own browser. Your label files are never uploaded to our servers and we never see the names, addresses or tracking numbers on them. We only record how many labels you have converted, so we can apply your plan's allowance.

Fair use

Unlimited plans are for normal individual selling activity. We may contact you, or limit usage, if activity looks automated, resold, or otherwise abusive. You agree to use Evrylabel only with labels you are entitled to print.

Changes to the service

Evrylabel is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features, and update these terms or our prices. If we change prices for an existing subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect. We cannot guarantee the service will always be available or that every label will convert perfectly — please check your printed labels before posting.

Not affiliated with Vinted or couriers

Evrylabel is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted, Evri, InPost, DPD, Royal Mail, Relay or any other courier. All trade marks belong to their owners.
