How to print multiple Vinted labels on one page
Vinted gives you a separate A4 page for every label, so four sales means four mostly empty sheets. To get them all on one page you need to crop each label out of its A4 page and lay them out four to a sheet. You can do it by hand in a word processor, or in a few seconds with Evrylabel.
Why Vinted labels waste so much paper
Every Vinted order produces its own A4 PDF. Most of the page is courier instructions and white space, with the actual label taking up a corner or the bottom third. Print five orders and you get five sheets, each almost empty.
Royal Mail and Relay orders make it worse: they give you a QR drop-off code on its own A4 sheet, which you still have to print and take to the shop.
The manual methods, and why they're fiddly
- Pages per sheet in the print dialogue. Most browsers let you print 4 pages per sheet. This does fit four labels on one page, but it shrinks the whole A4 page, instructions and all, so each label ends up about a quarter of its proper size. Barcodes at that size often won't scan.
- Snapshot and paste. Take a snapshot of each label in your PDF viewer, paste the four into a word processor, resize and arrange them. It works, but it's several minutes per batch and the quality drops each time.
- Print and turn the paper around. Print one label, flip the sheet and print another at the other end. Saves half a page and jams are common.
The quick way
Evrylabel does the cropping and the layout for you, in your browser:
- Download the label PDFs from your Vinted orders. You can select several at once.
- Upload them all to Evrylabel. It works out which courier each one is and crops it to the label itself.
- Choose A4 (4 labels per page) or 6×4 thermal.
- Download the finished sheet and print it.
Mixed batches are fine. Evri, InPost, DPD, Royal Mail and Relay labels can sit on the same sheet, and Royal Mail and Relay QR sheets are scaled to fit so the code still scans.
Printing on sticker sheets
If you use 4-per-A4 sticker sheets (99.1 × 139mm), the layout lines up with the label positions, so you can peel and stick instead of cutting and taping.
What about a thermal printer?
If you have a 6×4 thermal label printer, you can skip A4 altogether. Evrylabel's Thermal plan outputs each label at a true 6×4, one per label, with no cutting at all.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I mix couriers on one sheet?
- Yes. Labels from different couriers can go on the same A4 sheet.
- Will the barcode still scan?
- Yes. The label is cropped at full size rather than shrunk, so barcodes and QR codes stay scannable.
- Do I need an account?
- You can upload and preview without one. A free account is needed to download, and includes 10 labels a month.
- Is my data safe?
- Labels are processed in your browser and aren't uploaded to our servers.
